Healthcare rarely feels human. Kry & Livi wanted to change that. Working as a creative partner alongside IdentityWorks, the studio helped shape an identity that felt as warm and considered as the care it delivers — balancing commercial ambition with genuine emotional resonance. The new brand came to life across every touchpoint: app, marketing, communications and physical clinic interiors. Scalable systems and streamlined workflows kept it consistent and market-ready as the business expanded internationally. The work earned Agency of the Year (InHouse, 2021) and a Rebrand of the Year nomination at the Svenska Designpriset.
